Never had any doubts it wouldn't be R considering all the previous movies were all R rated.
Yeah, but you never know. With all the PG-13 films coming out, they could decide to scale it back in hopes of gaining a larger audience. I'm just glad they are not doing that.
Thankfully the box office for the previous films (including the criminally underappreciated first Annabelle film) were all strong so no need for that...
While this relates to the whole slew of the Warren-centered films, seems appropriate to post here since it mentions they are hoping to stop the release of Annabelle 2 claiming Warner Bros. has infringed upon copyright for all the films: http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/th...00-million-lawsuit-conjuring-franchise-990107
Oh for fucks sake!
If they stop the release of Annabelle 2 and Conjuring 3, I will fucking destroy them!
Annabelle is about as underappreciated as Donald Trump.
Wait, wasn't the first movie about Annabelle's creation? This has confused me
Trailer looks good though. I have to re-visit the first one as I keep hearing praise thrown its way and didn't think much of it myself when I originally saw it.
Oh, and why did it take 3 movies for that guy to put in a lawsuit for these Warren based films? Seems odd.
I didn't like it at all. It just felt so dull, in comparison her scenes in the Conjuring movie, and it never got scary.
This one though, seems to deliver everything I wanted out of the first one
That was pretty much my thoughts when I watched it too. This one looks a lot better and almost seems like a remake.
Looks really creepy. Cannot wait. First day for me.
Really enjoy Sandberg's behind the scenes shorts, as it's just not flashy PR fluff, and he's not afraid to criticize the strange issues working in Hollywood:
Great watch. He is very articulate. Damn, I thought that young boy was going to start biting him for the flashlight.. LOL.
Yeah, haha, shit almost got real there
This follow-up to Annabelle looks terrific. The musical score is quite good. I see Sandberg did his own score.
He did the score himself for his short film Attic Panic yes, but had a very small piece (one note bending up and down) of that score covered by Annabelle: Creation composer Benjamin Wallfisch with a string orchestra.
I didn't even realise this was coming out soon. May have to check it out at the cinemas if I keep hearing good things!
13 reviews on Rotten Tomatoes so far - all positive - good sign early on
Yeah this ones sounding good. I think I'll be seeing in cinemas.
